Default Problem

Hey,

Just picked up the curve yesterday. Worked great all day and I plugged it in at night. Now I unplugged it and the screen just stays white with the battery sign in the back...what did I do wrong?

Thanks,

David.

Probably nothing at all. It's possible the battery or charger are defective. Try removing and re-insterting the battery and see if that helps. Also check the condition of the battery before putting it back in.

If that doesn't work then just take it in and get a replacement.

I took the battery out waited 15 secondes and put it back in no difference. I changed the battery and now its doing the same thing.

It sounds like a hardware issue then. Hopefully it's under warranty.

Good Luck!

Yes that generally means that the phone does not have a battery inserted or in this case I presume it means the phone is not recognizing the battery.
