when i try to load media manager it comes back saying run time error it says it was stoped in some way. does anyone have any info on this im running 4.5 vers,i was trying to load games and didnt see a folder to put them in so they could be recognized by the phone

Load the version 4.6 of Desktop Manager, it is more reliable in my opinion, and the latest version.

You can't load games with Roxio Media Manager anyway. You will Desktop Manager.

ok no guessing games i just have blkberry desktop manager and handheld o.s. 4.5 and i just cant seem to get games to load i can load ringtones because there is a folder for it,am i missing something to get the games installed.

Open Desktop Manager
Click Application Loader
Click Add/Remove Applications
Click Browse and locate the game or games you want to load
Click Next
Click Finish

The application (game) will be loaded onto your berry and you should be ready to go.
