Default Bold threw a hissy fit!

I was washing up earlier when my better half brought my bold to me, ringing. I took it out of the pouch and ofc it stopped ringing but not vibrating, as normal. However on the screen there was no incoming call indicated, only a new email which the screen was on.

I pressed the green answer key, expecting to answer a call, but there was noone there. The phone continued to vibrate and the led flash, then it started ringing again, same as before with nothing on screen. I pressed red to get to the home screen - it stopped the ringing momentarily, again still vibrating, and again the ringtone came back on.

I stood there dumbfounded, going round in circles for a good couple of minutes, before resetting the device.

All has been well since, but thought I should post the experience here!

Perhaps the Bold was trying point out the obvious and rescue you from the domestic chores.

Maybe getting dishwasher would help!

Maybe it has a bit of Tamagochi built in and was attention seeking?

Sorry it's not constructive comment!

lol maybe not constructive but made me laugh!

A dishwasher would help yes.

It cannot be craving attention from me. I never leave it alone!

What happened noone knows, obviously some software spaz attack. Hopefully will be far and few between!

Something stuck in a message queue perhaps? I have not personally had this happen on my Bold, but I did have something similar happen on my Curve. A battery pull did the trick.
