Default What is this icon?

Please Login to Remove!

I have this smiling face looking icon next to my new message counter. It just showed up today and I have no idea what it represent? I have not loaded any new apps in a long time.

What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Thanks.

That is a Blackberry Messanger icon, you either have a message or request to be added, etc

That is Blackberry messenger. Go to your BBM and look to see if you have a new friend request or a new message in there.

Thanks everyone. Since I had the BB Messenger icon hidden, it drove me nuts looking for how to get rid of it.
