Yes, that is the reason I got my curve in the 1st place, i.e., wife put nokia through the wash cycle [while on and fully functional], and the nokia be dead as a door nail. Good luck with your next BB, and try and keep it high and dry.

i'll keep my fingers crossed for ya. I just turned mine on after a week of not using it after I spilled coffee on it and it works just fine now. I hope you can get your buddy to work again .
