I have installed 2 Blackberry Professional Software 4.1.4 sharing one database.
I can see in both Managers the users and the are all active on server A.
I want to move a user from server A to B. But the option "move user" is not present.
Any ideas?

I think this option is only available on Full BES, BPS is limited one server per organisation...
Why you have 2 BPS Because you have more than 30 users ?

No, i only wanted to test it before doing it on our BES

My online BES is full BES and i have the option Move user
Are you sure that this option is not available due it is BPS?

in fact our BES is a SBE with Trade Up key

But how is it workig with the Trade UP key? The "Move User" Option appears when entering the Trade Up Key?

SBE or FUll BES are strickly identical, it's the same software, sbe is just a licence limitation
