I just got this from an admin who's been having trouble lately with a couple new devices she got in from Verizon lately which are on our BES servers. Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior?

FYI: VZW has updated their software on the 8830 world edition pearls. My chairman recently got the upgraded version of software (4.2.2.196) and has had his service books [CMIME] corrupted twice and this is the second device we’re trying; basic features such as replying to email and being prompted for action when deleting an email just stop working. RIM has let me know that they have had this problem several times with Verizon customers.
