I have read here of users having a local electronics repair place make the small solder that is usually needed. It maybe what you need.

Otherwise, it would need to be sent off for repair, such as to HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, The World’s Cellular Repair Center ß

Like JSanders was saying, you can take it to a local shop. Local ones here do it for about $ 50 or at least, that's what the shop I use charges. Not too shabby in my opinion. Horizon does some quality work as well!
If you know how to solder, then you can find them on eBay for $ 10.

You can get a charging pod for it, charges the phone off the two metal parts of the back instead of having to plug in the usb adapter.

You can find it at the crackberry.com store or just go by a local tmobile store, they have them as well.

Unless you're good at tiny microscopic soldering you'll need to send it in to get repaired.

Try Cell Phone Fixed in Seattle, WA. They replace the charging port on the 8320 for $45. Just Google them for their shipping address.

"Cell Phone Fixed in Seattle, WA..."
Well maybe... but why not use someone who is one of the sponsors (cough... helps to support... cough) BBF? Horizonwirelessonline.com is a platinum sponsor!!!

Just my 2 cents.
