I have 4.5 installed and I'm having issues with the software. I believe it's the software causing the problem. So I want to verify by downgrading to an older version, specifically 4.2.2. Does anyone know how to do this?

Install the OS onto your PC like you would if you were upgrading. Then connect the device and run App Loader. It will see the older version and ask if you want to downgrade.

I'll give that a shot. I tried it already and it never prompts. I deleted the vendor.xml file as well.

Make sure you run App Loader. It won't ask you automatically because it is an older version. You have to manually force it to ask you.
