I am wondering, when a call comes in, it just shows the #, is there a way to see the name of the person/company calling me?

the major feature that iphone didnt have that my wife HAD TO HAVE was MMS. I dont understand how anyone can bring a phone like that out without the ability to send a picture to someone..
