Just did mine last night...

I upgraded our small test server from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 running on Domino 7.0.2

Here's what I did...

1. Backed up the BES Logs
2. Backed up the BesMgmt database
3. Ran the upgrade installation...

Well, no improvement here.. Battery pull, new device.xml, deleted and recreated user account on BES, reactivated. Still can't push and app. Is there something I should look for in the POLC log...

Deleted the folders below the PackageCache,...

Deleted the folders below the PackageCache, reissued Deploy Apps, same result...

Seems like the device is preventing installation of apps somehow...

I just replaced the device.xml with the update...

I just replaced the device.xml with the update one from jibi. Issued a "Deploy Applications" after, same result. I'll give the wipe and re-ea a try.
