Checked to see if my login was correct from the website~ it is. But from my Blackberry it is not. I also have the same error the other poster had: You have entered an incorrect email/password...

I can't delete my voicemails-- when I try to call my voicemail, it would disconnect after 9 seconds.

RESOLVED.... it was the ported number that triggered a lockout...so I went to the Sprint store to have the tech manually reset my phone and push the BB messenger and internet to accept the reset.
