Media Card broke in slot---HELP

I went to remove my media card from my Torch today and it broke in half with part of it still in the slot. I can't get it out (n) HELP...any ideas????

If I don't want to get my work email while I'm on vacation is the easiest thing to do to remove it from my BIS account and then put it back when I return? Thanks for any help!!:smile:

Upgrade 4.5 problem

I followed the directions. Got to step 4 when I connect to BB and open Desktop Manager nothing happens. I clicked on AppLoader and it is still using 4.2 not 4.5 so doesn't upgrade. I went to Help...

HELP app loader error

John - I have followed your steps to install the BB os intall. pkg to my pc. When it goes to load the application loader it begins the process and then I get a "Unable to complete loading operation"...
