when do you get the message? it's on a separate box than your exchange server, correct? You aren't doing anything though the cable right?

thanks, I ended up logging in as bes admin on my workstation and setting up the users e-mail profile and messed around with the send as permissions until it allowed me to send a message.

I got it to work, I exported to a Virtual Blackberry then synced it with a dummy outlook mailbox, well the pst and then exported it to csv and sent it to the user.

It's not possible; I've tried to do the same type of setup for Admin assistants and their admin. RIM even says it someplace on their site. I figure I would answer on both posts you have.
