You go Girl!!! I too use my phone"7520" as a phone and have a hard time hearing it. I had no choice to set it to vibrate+ring so I could catch MOST of my calls. Your right about the phone...

IM+ disconnects far more then verichat,and doesn't fix my typos but I have never had it "freeze" like verichat did to me. It just suddenly stopped working and it took about a month to get it working...

Yup...paid the big bucks. I 'm a verichat "hugger" I loved the program so much that I bought the Treo version as a birthday present for my brother ( he got the standard version ). :)

skin should be fine and cover he nicks. I say this because it covers the mic at bottom of phone and no problems hearing me talk. I have several skins and will post the photos I took of them...
