I highly doubt its a weak signal....for teh 5 or 10 mins that the phone is on before a restart, the bars are full or missing one...and I can get clear reception on calls and have no problems with BBM...

hmm... i thought i would just leave it automatically, just like all other apps that need a network connection. For example, weatherbug runs just fine that way...I'll try to play with the settings.

on my storm 2 menus...when i used to click on applications, i used to get an ampty page and a search box...it seems like i had to basically search for apps...
