Hi,

I have the BES express 5.0.4.27 run on Windows 2003 SP3 and the MS exchange 2003 is on different server. I would like to upgrade the OS on the BES to windows 2008. Can it be in-place upgrade or should I install on the new windows 2008 server. Please give me instruction to do so.

is 2003 64 bit?

2008 32 bit isn't that great if your looking to use more RAM on it

I prefer a fresh OS install when possible as upgrades can go wrong. Have a good backup plan in place
