Default Enabling Bluetooth Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Please HELP! I'm going nuts here.
My Blackberry Tour doesn't want to enable Bluetooth.

Usually I reboot the device and it works after but the reboot takes about 5 min.
Please advise!

Weird. I have heard of that issue with previous OS versions, but not with that version.

Why not just leave the Bluetooth enabled so that you don't have to re-enable it?

I will gladly do that. But the BT goes to "disabled" automatically in a few minutes once it can't find the headset. Is there a way to prevent the BT from disabling automatically?

Not sure. Mine never did that on that OS version.

Are you saying that the Bluetooth setting on the device itself is turning off completely? The box is unchecking itself?

You might try deleting all the pairings and then repairing them.

When connecting my 8520 Curve with bluetooth I am not able to run all services marked in phone (file transfer, push file). I have done adjustments as described in article on TECHNOSPOT how to fix Bluetooth peripheral missing driver for BlackBerry in Windows 7 but I am still not alloved to send/receive files, install apps. I cannot even manage the phone from desktop application.
Some idea where is the problem ?
