We're running Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.6 MR4 (Rollup) (Bundle 108)with Domino 8.5.1 FP2. All has been working fine for a couple of years.

Over the past week, we've had the service stop routing emails to the Blackberrys. Upon checking the Domino console, we are presented with the following error every minute:

Process C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\BBMgr\Server\bbmgrw32.exe (6216/0x1848) has terminated abnormally

We're getting the following in the Event Viewer, under Application every few minutes: Blackberry Collaboration Service <2010-05-01 01:48:33.851 BST>:[1728]:<BBIM_our_server_name_BBIM_1>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = BBIM, User already logged in>

Any ideas would be welcome to try and resolve these issues.
