Using the BB wizard I have attempted to transfer Palm desktop calender, contacts, to-do, tasks to my new storm. Every attempt ends in the same result, the system freezes at record # 2907 out of 3250. I have no idea what record #2907 is, how to discern its identity or why it freezes. Anybody got a solution? Thanks

How about trying to export the data in groups from the Palm (contacts only, calendar only, etc) and then try your import that way. It might help you in (1) getting some data transfered, and (2) narrowing down where or what category record #2907 is.

Export your data, and then reimport. This is a classic case of a corrupt data entry...
