Default Do you get a red flashing LED AFTER a missed call ?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
My first post and first Blackberry.

Ive posted this question elsewhere and googled BUT im getting conflicting information.

If you miss a call, do you have a flashing red LED in the same way that you do for an email or text mesage ?

I get a flashing LED whilst the phone is ringing BUT as soon as it stops the LED goes out and I simply have the missed call icon n the screen.

So, flashing LED after call or not ?

Cheers

Bully

Yes, I get a flashing light. Used to be red but now it is purple since I'm using MissingLight.

Welcome to the forums and have you tried a battery pull?

My 8900 without an app like Missinglight does not flash its LED when a call is missed. I guess that's the way it is with the 8900.

Yep, mines the same however some are suggesting they get a red LED

Ive downloaded the trial of bbalerts and will see how that performs but might just buy missinglight as that would suit my needs also.
