The plan is to migrate email users from different smtp domains on one Exchange 2007 server cluster farm.

Is it possible to host blackberry users from different domain on one blackberry server? Also helpdesk from different domain should be able to manage only their own blackberry users on that BlackBerry server.

i believe the answer is yes, if the domains are in the same forest. but those more knowledgeable than I will be able to explain better.

Unfortunately domains are not from same forest. Also there could be forest with few domains. I am just scoping the task if we need to host different BlackBerry server for every domain OR we can incorporate all of them in one blackberry server.

The limitation for all Exchange BES implementations is the Exchange Organization. If all Exchange Servers (regardless of domain they are in) are in the same Exchange Organization then it'll work.

Also helpdesk from different domain should be able to manage only their own blackberry users on that BlackBerry server.

This won't be possible without using some 3rd party management software.
