Hi all,

Got the 8310 and had to wipe device with JL program. I have a blank 507 screen now. When I go to app loader, there is no OS to select, everything is greyed out. When I go to the Handheld OS list, the only option I see is Curve 8300 for TM and I'm with AT&T.

Any advice or suggestions on what to do next..? Thanks!

Did you install the 8310 handheld OS on your computer? I believe there is a sticky at the top of the 8300 forum for the 8310 OS.

Do you have the OS downloaded and installed to your PC? You should.

You can use this OS, just follow the instuctions exactly as posted.

^Thanks for the replies. Got it working again... gosh that was intense, wiping the OS for my first time with no problems coming from the Pearl before.
