Well, I'm back. Upgraded my Storm to the new release, and we'll see what happens. If not, the Curve is sitting in my desk drawer.

I think you will like it with the new OS. No device is perfect and I have had very few problems with my Storm.

Did the upgrade last night... took a while but now the Storm is SUPER QUICK! I'm once again loving it! I highly recommend everyone upgrade!

Interesting conversation but remember the roots of Blackberry. I'm thinking about moving to the Storm. However, since my company security policy prevents me from installing anything not specifically pushed out by our BB enterprise server, it can't be a hobby for me and MUST work out of the box. In the meantime, I'll keep watching the forums.
