Default Transferring Photos

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I am new to the forum and recently upgraded from the curve to the Q10. I have had BBs for over 20 years and love this new one.

I installed the BB Link on my PC thinking that this would be the solution to transferring photos from my BB to the PC. Every time I connect the device via a USB cable, I get a window to download the link software that is already installed. When I open the software, there are no photos to transfer from the device although there are over 200 of them on the phone.

Please advise as to how I can see the items on the phone from the PC.

Thanks..

Open BlackBerry Link without your Q10 connected. Go into Settings for BB Link and uncheck the box for "Automatically download updates...".

Once you have that, connect your Q10, navigate to your pictures via BB Link, and do a drag/drop onto the pc tab at the bottom of BB Link.

Hmmm, I have done this and the area for photos shows "0" photos. I only see BB and BB backup. Any other advice?

Thanks..
