Recently I have had 2 BlackBerry devices on our network turn themselves off repeatedly. Upon reboot, they last only a few minutes before they turn off yet again. There is no error message upon reboot. Although, there is a sequence of of flashing lights like there is a message waiting. 3 flashes, 1sec pause, then 1 more flash, 1 sec pause, then repeat. I have searched everywhere trying to find if anyone has encountered this problem, but have been unsuccessful. I just would like to know if I need to have the devices replaced, or if there is something I can do. I have already performed a system wipe, but receive the same problem.

Anyone know anything about this? We have had a rash of odd BlackBerry trouble with several of our users this past week.Probably about 7 or 8 of 44.

Maybe its just isolated to us??

We have about 40 or so 7510's installed in our environment and have not had any problems like this... If they are still under warranty, I would swap them out.

Have you look at Auto on/off setting?
