I'm bout to switch to the 7130c from 8700. On the 8700 I can generally upgrade to the lastest OS from any carrier ie Bharti, is it the same for the 7130c? And what is the latest OS for the 7130c?

I believe the latest 7130 os is for Dobson. It's app version 4.1.327.
