Anyone knows if Tmobile USA will charge per KB for email attachment even if I have the flat rate international BB email add-on? While traveling overseas, if I take a picture with my BB and sends it as email attachment, is it going to cost me extra even I have unlimited international BB email? Thanks in advance.

In theory, you will be charged for anything that uses data, such as sending/downloading attachment, web usage, im. However, some of the users didn't get charged even they used data while travelling outside of US. So it is a tough call solely depend on your luck.

AT&T's unlimited bb plan is truely international unlimited, but it locks you in 12 month contract though.

You do not get charged for email attachments in or out. I just used over 150MB of data with attachments with no billing issues. As for any other data you may be charged.
