Doing so ON the BlackBerry device itself?

None that I know of... I will be surprised if there is. A TIF file and PDF are two very different files. You can "import" TIF images into a PDF.

On a PC or Mac, you might be able to "print" the tif to a PDF creator app such as Adobe PDF.

Yes, converting on the blackberry itself.

How about conversion from TIF to JPEG and then to PDF?

I doubt this is possible on the device. But you could search in App World and see if anything comes up.

You don't "convert" images to a PDF file.

Files are "distilled" to PDF, its a different process than just changing a file format or conversion of colors in an image file or compression (which is all the JPG is).

I don't know of an on-device PDF distiller.
