A few links that may help

"Server Routing Protocol (SRP) Identifier or SRP Authentication Key is invalid" appears when validating the SRP Authentication key

"A connection could not be made using the SRP data provided" error appears when trying to update the SRP id using the BlackBerry Administration Service

just a guess:
if you installed 2008R2, no servicepack, that might be a problem. Install SP1
Also, uninstall any software using java (raid controller, Systems management)
Uninstall Java if you had installed java based software, uninstall BES12
then try again to install BES12
