Default Trackball led on 8310 wont turn off

Please Login to Remove!

Hello
I have a BB 8310 running v4.5.0.187.
The led located in the trackball stays ON all the time. Also the keyboard lights.
Its not an intense light but I got my attention yesterday...
Even if i lock the keys, leds wont shut down...
can anyone give me some help with this???

Remove the battery from the device for 30 seconds.

also, upgraded the firmware last night. it was happening the same on v4.5.0.108

That kind of information would have been helpful in your original post.

Did you drop it, did it come in contact with moisture? What happened right before this issue started happening? New theme? New Apps? We need more details to be able to assist you further.

my bad about that...
i havent dropped it. it just started with no notice
havent installed anything new. BB has msn messenger, facebook, google maps and mobile gmaps.

opened the phone..cleaned it with some alcohol and now its fixed
