Just setup a 8320 Tmob from ebay. It was BES, but I've got the PIN changed and BIS email working. Voice/txt/mms works. BB Messinger works (I can send to her, she can send back), but there's no BB icon in the menu to start a message. It lists BB Mess. in the books. How do I get the Icon?

Perhaps it's hidden? Thats about the only thing I can think of.

Are you sure it isn't hidden or moved into a folder?

If you change themes, do you see the icon?

Solved! It wasn't hidden. I found it moved into the IM icon folder along with AOL, GoogleTalk, WLM. I could move it up to the Apps field. I guess he had it stashed there. You people are great!
