The switch from portrait to landscape seems a bit slow. I have never had a device with that feature so I don't know what I should expect. It seems to take to the count of 10 or so. Is that normal?

That's how mine is also. Perhaps fixed in the next 237mb downloadable OS update.

10 seconds??!!! That just doesn't sound possible. Perhaps there's a delay to avoid accidental switching. Hopefully it's configurable.

Mine just takes a second or 2 to change. Slower than an iPad, but not horribly slow.

I find it only takes about 3 seconds

It has gotten better since last night - perhaps 2-3 seconds.

Since I have been at work all day and unable to play maybe it will be better when I get home...
