I'm currently having to reactivate a bunch of users....

I am starting to see some wierd errors on the server.

I can't find anything in the forums relating to them.

Anybody has some insight on whats happening or links pointing out these errors I'd much appreciate the help!

Error 1: Blackberry Sync Service
[SYNC-UserControl] Failed (error=5406) to convert XML record to device record payload. [<lastname>,<firstname>:235, DS=DevMgmt, DB=Time Zones, V=1, TB=1, GUID=23]

GUID changes for each error

Error 2: Blackberry Policy Service

Error 3:Blackberry Policy Service

This is effecting 2 people so far. And the ErrorText always changes to some random characters every error.

This happens after every activation.

I assume that error has to do with a picture being added to a contact?

Do you know the naming convention for the picture if this is in fact the case?

Thats the funny part about that message...it happens during activation and there are no pictures assigned or being used that I know of. Could it be something they had prior to the activation? I'm moving users from a old MSDE Server to a New SQL Server so they are getting wiped and reactivated.

I too and getting the "GetContactPicture - No picture synced, filename is not ContactPicture.jpg" message in event log.
