Default 9530 Storm vs. 8900 Curve vibrate strength

Please Login to Remove!

I have heard that the new 8900 Curve has a pitifully weak vibrate alarm. If so, RIM REALLY dropped the ball in my book. I find this incredible, given that the 8700G (which I still use) has a great vibrate, so I can even use it as a travel alarm under my pillow (I am deaf). I had been looking forward to T-Mobile coming out with the 8900 in the next couple of months, but now I am not so sure I want it.

How does the strength of the 9530 Storm compare to the 8900? Is it significantly better?
