We have set a 100mb limit on our exchange server for users mailboxes. I have a person that uses the BB only and never checks email at a PC to pull it off to a PST. I have it set to not save a copy of sent items, but is there a way via the BES or exchange I can disable emails deleted from the BB going into deleted items. Once removed from the BB I want them off the server, not moved to the deleted items folder. Any ideas?
I think you canb also instruct them to go to the message options screen, press the track button and you get an option to purge deleted items. IIRC, when you reconcile, this will also empty the deleted items folder on the PC.
