Default 8310 BES Wipe Contacts Gone

Please Login to Remove!

We normally have to wipe phones before adding them to our BES.
For the first time today a 8310 decided not to show any of the contacts that were on the phone (sim & phone).
Did a restore, but not restoring contacts (does it have the contacts in them?).
Assistance would be highly appreciated.

Why do you normally "have to" wipe the device before adding them to the BES?

Where did you do a restore from? Did you create a backup? Were any contacts on the device when you did the backup?

Check for multiple address books on the BlackBerry.
