Hi. Anyone on here really good with the myblackberry service?
I have a series of questions and issues that I"m struggling to get closure on many of them... :P

Were you sending email to them and not getting responses? If so, I always try a different email address; since in this day and time, sometimes I am suspicious of spam filters due to false positives; they have chewed up a lot of my legitimate messages that I send to others. So I try sending from a different method, just in case, to try and reach them.

I currently use Mailstreet, so I can't help here... but just letting you know;

What are the problems you are facing, I'm not an expert per say but I have used the service.

How about a little insight into the "problems" your facing? Might make it easier for others to assist you...

After following all of the instructions on setting up the service, I was unable to ultimately connect to the MDS service. (Your BES server does not support wireless calendar synchronization). I was able to check emails through the exchange service in outlook, but not able to connect the blackberry software even though I did a clean uninstall. The myblackberry service email support mailbox was answered pretty promptly but I just wasn't able to get the wireless syncing working. They offered to remotely logon to my system but I don't have a visible IP that they could get into. The 2 things I was optimistic about were faster internet connectivity and BES service. It appears though that those services come at the expense of the multi-mailbox support currently available through the web service. It seems as though I never really got the blackberry desktop software configured right even though I did a clean install of the software after configuring outlook 2003+
