Unhappy Serious BEs Problem (At least for me)

Please Login to Remove!

I am running BES 4.0
When Looking at my server name under Blackberry Server Management the green console now has a red x on it. None of my end users have been receiving messages. Do you know what the problem is? I read something that said "Green with a red X - BlackBerry Enterprise Server is not connecting to the BlackBerry Infrastructure". HOw do I fix this if this is the problem??

The following could be the cause...
1. Your Dispatcher service has stopped - have a look at your event viewer logs
2. You may have been "folin around" with another BES install which was using the same SRP ID and this has resulted in your servie being disconnect by RIM
3. You may have a network issue that's preventing your BES server to connect thru port 3101 to the RIM SRP host (srp.xx.blackberry.net)
have you tried to run the bbsrptest from the BES to see if you can connect to the srp host?

I finally contacted RIM. It seems that the SRP was disconnected. They re-enabled it. Thanks for the help though.

Default Same SRP ID

Well, I was foolin around and used the same SRP ID on my "test" server. How do I reverse the damage? At this point my users cannot receive emails on their BB's. Thanks so much for any help.

Call RIM to get it reenabled -- or better yet, send an email to [email address] with your srp and auth key and it will be up quicker.
