Have not read most the posts here but the iPhone is just an over hyped fashion accessory for vein people. Seriously who buys a phone where you can't change the battery, can only do one thing at once and is just so dammed expensive? Ill tell you who... People with more money than sense. Its just a mediocore product with very good marketing.

You, sir, are not very smart. Please leave, and don't come back until you have something intelligent to add to the discussion.

Vein people? SMFH.

Maybe he is a confused fanboy? Maybe he was trying to be subtle and saying the iPhone is for everyone since everyone has veins?

Alright, not likely.

I am really getting confused here.

However the comment about half-baked products being sold via excellent marketing does appear to strike home with quite a few products. It's the American Way.

Reality check time. The iphone had some nice features when it was released but it is not the greatest thing since chopped liver. I regularly check with a friend who has an iphone to see how his is doing and:

1. at&t has major issues in some areas
2. the screen is fragile and breaks easily
3. the stability of the phone depends to some degree on what software revision is running. a newer revision is not a sign of better stability.
4. you can't change the battery
5. he looked and played with my storm 2 and made the comment that he would have reconsider what he was going to do when the time to upgrade came up as he was not 100 percent happy with his iphone.

Your comment about RIM being the target is a bit shortsigned as LG, Motorola, Google and everyone else is marketing "iphone killers". The real losers at this point has been Microsoft and Palm. Note that Bing is now appearing on both BlackBerrys and iphones via Verizon and at&t. Why do you think Microsoft is doing that?

This is my opinion and your mileage may vary.

You're trolling. And you're on the verge of being banned permanently.
You've been gently warned before, as well as warned about insulting other members here.

Grow you're own pair and go hang out with the iPhone boys. You are welcome here only as long as you are civil.

And no, I didn't delete your post. I read it and I'm glad it was deleted though.

I am quite happy with the original equipment and see no need for two more. Thanks for the offer but I will have to pass.

Have to disagree with you on that one. I've dropped mine a few times and unless you do a direct drop on the glass, it won't break. Its very tough. I see more BBs with broken plastic screen then iphones with broken glass ones.

What do I need to grow a pair of? Apples, oranges, tomatoes, bananas. I don't have the greenest thumb when it comes to growing pairs, so some instructions would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Forgot to post, I deleted your post because you come in here just stirring the pot with nothing at all to contribute. If you don't like us RIM "fan boys" than you are more than welcome to hang out with the iphone peeps.

I don't think it's physically possible for me to grow a pair. Although my kids may disagree.

My comment is based on my friend's breaking almost as soon as he got it. When he went to the Apple Store here in the Galleria he was told that this was common and sorry it was not covered by insurance. I am not sure what the policy is now but he was rather pissed at the time.

My friend is a project manager and I am an electrical engineer. I have been asigned to quite a few of his projects past and present so we travel to god forsaken place often together. It's a running joke if our phones work or not. There are a few places that Verizon has issues, but there are many more where at&t will not reach. My comments are based on direct observations and not rumors.
