Argh!
Tearing my hair out trying to find a document - hopefully somebody here can help.

We've got a badly failing BES 4.1 server running under Server 2003.
We want to migrate the server into a temporary machine.
Replace the failed HD's in the main server and then migrate back again.

We know thios is possible to do and we have all the documentation to do it.
However at the moment we have the temporary server up and it appears to be running correctly.
However as soon as we switch off the old server the temporary one no longer sends mail.
I know it is to do with the version of the various MIME files etc.

Somewhere in existence there is a Pre requisites document that details how to make sure all of the required files are the correct version etc.
We cannot find this document anywhere - the ones we have just say "Make sure they are the correct version etc".

Has anyone got a step-by-step or document detailing this Pre requisites part where you check file versions etc?
