I am using the storm 9530 and unlocked on ATT with latest software.

When i turn the camera on its a "still" picture of whatever the camera is pointing at and i cant take pictures.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

I would remove the battery for about 30 sec. and see if that helps

Constantly removing the battery for issues where you have no clue for whether it helps or not is not good advice. It creates unnecessary wear and tear on the back panel and battery contacts IMO.

It is a poor reflection on the Storm in general that so many people think the only solutions to issues is to constantly pull the battery.

Since upgrading to 121 I have pulled the battery once in about a month and I suspect that was unnecessary.

Try quickpull if you are sure there is no other setting issue.
