We have been BB users since the company started and remain true to BB; however it is very disappointing that product information and availability in Mexico is non existent. Carriers have no information about the new devices, and in one of them, Passport is there but they 'can not sell it' because they do not know how to sell the contracts.

Christmas season was perfect for high sales (other brands were sold outs) but BB products are nowhere to be seen.

BlackBerry: you have a tremendous group of loyal customers in Mexico, if you want to rebound, why make people that have money in hand waiting to purchase your products wait? Comments on passport was that it would hit Mexico in November...then mid December...then January...

Unfortunately this is not a blackberry company site. I suggest you also post this on their company forum site show on the Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com site.

We are all users or promoters and we also see the lack of push by carriers and Blackberry. The web site for ATT only shows the Q10 and you have to specifically look for it. Unless Blackberry steps it up it wont change.

Buying unlocked devices and using a compatible carrier that allows BYOD might be the future for individual BlackBerry users. It appears to be my future.

I think nowadays if BB don't get ride on other smartphones they'll can't do it anymore.
