Double check that you have downloaded and installed to your computer, the absolute correct phone OS version for your EXACT model number. Other model versions will not work.

okay this kinda odd. . but ive downloaded the the 8310 version and clicked on add from the application loader from there ive took the chance to click on one the folders ( 8310-v4.5.0.55_P2.7.0.68) in there and all the updates came threw the table ( but the things underneath the battery the name model name is 8320 :S ) but by doing that ive clicked on next and a pop window comes up sayin " the application blackberry 4.5.0 core application cannot be loaded some required files are not available "

You need to download the correct OS for your device.
You cannot load an 8310 OS to a 8320

What does this statement mean?

" ive took the chance to click on one the folders ( 8310-v4.5.0.55_P2.7.0.68) in there and all the updates came threw the table "

Generally, it's not polite to hijack someone else's thread. Besides you'll need to provide a few more details in order for others to be able to help you. What sort of programs are you running? Have you made sure to close them completely (not just exit, or press the end call key)? What's your memory free? etc.
