Hi all,

I have 10 BES users on my BES [5.0.2 bundle 14] server running with Exchange 2010.

All the users are connected and sync'n fine, but one user is not receiving any email on his 8520. He can send out just fine and when accessing his mail via Outlook he can send/receive fine. Also, his phone has sync'd GAB etc.

I know back with Exc 2k3 you had to assign the BESadmin account send/receive as rights, but from what I can find the only thing you need for Exch 2010 is View-Only Administrator.

Am I missing something?

Just a note that the Manage Users screen on the BES Admin site does note that the phone is communicating with the server.

Any help would be appreciated!

We've seen this in a couple of different situations, but it seems like the most recent one was where the users mailbox was moved to another message store...did anything get moved, or anything stand out about this users account?

The user's mailbox was moved from a Exchange 2003 mailstore to Exchange 2010 before installing BES, but now I need to check if I am missing permissions for this user on Exchange 2010.

All the other users are on Exchange 2010 already.
