It is not a Hybrid, or at least that is what is being said other places. Although, there are hybrids being built for it as we speak. I have it but have not loaded it on my phone as of yet. It sounds promising. Most are saying it is better than the .114 hybrid. I am currently running the .114 hybrid, so as soon as I get a chance to load .113, I will let you know what I find.

It was actually quietly leaked on the CB forums last night. And Kevin didn't think it was a good enough build to put into the blogs.

Well, actually he admitted he was slow to post (its there now) and is installing it himself.

I have installed it and it works better than the 114v2 hybrid and the 109 for me - very quick response and the cut and paste tool is slick, when available.

I've been running .113 on my 9500 for several weeks now... Overall, I am happy with it. Definitely one of the best builds to date. Cut and Paste tool is great, and like the previous posted said; when available. However, lockups still occur in BBM. I'm having an issue with the lock feature, and I'm not sure if its hardware or software; but it stopped working. I haven't downgraded to an earlier build yet, so that is why I am unsure if its software or hardware. I will just wait for a newer build.

Looking forward to newer builds,

While this is the best version I've used (and I'm keeping it) these are the problems I've noticed:

in BB Messenger, the keyboard will stick in qwerty when I move from landscape to portrait and only half is visible - until I hit the menu key. Switching from portrait to landscape, the suretype keyboard remains until I hit menu

when I'm in any of the home screens (12 icons visible) and move to portrait mode I always get put back to the main home (today) screen as though I hit the back button

This os has not bEen good to me up to this point...I'm going to give it a little more time before going back to 114. But so far I am not at all happy with 113. I have had it shut down on its own twice and needed three battery pulls. Plus weatherbug will not open. It just freezes the phone. Hopefully this gets better...

Working well for me. Been running .75 though. Memory leak still present although I'm starting higher at 38.9. Surely an app issue. Camera shutter speed is like night and day.

Wrong, it is out for both of them now... the .113 for the 9530 is a leaked BETA though.

i decided to try .113 out just for fun, hoping for the noted enhancements that others mentioned they've experienced with it....
i had edge/EDGE issues....so i went back to .76.....too bad because it was much faster than .76 is

Took the plunge and loaded the BETA 113 yesterday. I had been running the hybrid 109. I do see some minor improvements in speed, accelerometer (sp?) and the like. Biggest overall difference is the cut/copy/paste feature. I can't speak to the memory leak issue that some have brought up. I have very few apps loaded and most times when I check, my free memory is hovering around 38 MB. For the past 24 hours, I have had no ill effects from this OS. Short of any problems cropping up, I believe I will keep this until there is an "official" release.
