hi...
I think my 9530 OS just crashed.....it hapen when i pulled the battery when the phone being so slow while the screen was still showing analg clock.

i've try to connect with my laptop to see if i could recover it using DM but didnt succed.

anybody knows how fix this kind of problem?

When you put the battery back in, what happened? Did you get an error message of some sort?

When you pulled the battery, what were you doing with the device? Was it connected to your PC? Downloading an app or theme? OS Update?

before i pulled the battery the phone was running but it was trying to an idle position with the analog clock icon running.

i wasn't upgrading or adding apps to the phone.
when i put the battery back in, it seems like it will run normal but when it show the Blackberry logo and loading bar in few second it show an error message and it restart automatically.

What is the specific error message? Does it say someting like JVM error 507 or 523 or something similar?
