Default What Is This Icon For?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone, I have an 8900 on T-Mobile. On the top of my screen is an Icon I have not seen before, it is a gold circle with 2 white dots in it with a Yellow or Gold circle at the 1 O'clock position on the outside of the Gold circle. The entire icon is inside a Black Square. Anyone have any idea what this icon is?
Thanks!!

Ya....a picture would be very helpful.

It kinda sounds like one of the BBM Group icons, though.

Good call, juwaack... here's a picture of the BBM group icons... sounds like the smiley face icon that is highlighted in blue. The "gold or yellow circle at 1:00" would probably be either a star to indicate new message or the number of messages that are counted as new.

I would have to see it, but it sounds like the icon I started to get when updates to apps I downloaded from BB App World were available. I have only seen the icon twice and with my aging eyes did not pay much attn to the design.

I think he seems to be talking about an icon on the screen rather than BBM.
I think he its the notification of web browser messages. Go in your SMS icon, hit the menu/bb button, scroll down to view folder, and the first one should be browser messages.

My BBM groups post alert icons on my homescreen when there are new posts. I see my group BBM icon daily.
