Default Blackberry 8130 Only Receives E-Mails marked Urgent on the Blackberry.

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone, I am trying to resolve this problem for a friend, he has a Pearl 8130 on Sprint.

It is running OS v4.3.0.71 (Platform 3.1.0.37)

the problem is, as he perceives it, is that incoming email messages, that are marked URGENT by the sender, are coming into the Blackberry but not into my Desktop E-Mail which is Microsoft Outlook. He is not sure if he is on BES or BIS. Any Ideas?
Thanks!!

are they from the same user? are you sure it's not delivery receipts coming from the sender(s) ?

most likely is using BIS. i would start with deleting the email account in BIS, then re-add it.

Hi, They are from different users and only E-Mails labeled Urgent or High. We will try what you recommended and I will plan to post what happens.
Thanks!!

Hi, Got it solved, it had nothing to do with the Blackebrry, but a setting within Microsoft Outlook.
Thanks!!
