You must install thru OTA and after install, do a battery pull to get the theme in options menu.

These themes were made from
'srl7741' at pinstack site.

I'm just sharing here, as he has shared with everyone.
I didnt make these.

I don't see it either after a battery pull out. All I see is:

BB Dimension Icon
BB Dimension Today
BB Dimension Zen
Cingular
O2 Today
O2 Zen
Orange
T-Mobile Zen
T-Mobile Zen
Vodafone Today

Look at your settings>advanced options>applications.
If the com_plaz files xxxxxxx are there, then its in your bb.
Pull the battery reset again, leave it out for 10 seconds.
If still not working then delete and reload.
He did have some problems earlier but has updated and should work.
I had no problems installing.

*I didnt make these, so someone else work on the 8700 request.

I see the com_plaz files on my BlackBerry. I tried to load the theme on my friends BlackBerry Pearl also and even after the battery pull there was no theme there. Both of our BlackBerries show the com_plaz files and when you go into themes it shows all the carrier themes but that's it. I highly doubt it's the BlackBerry itself as you said as it didn't work on 2 different BlackBerries.

I remember on my 8700 if I had too many themes loaded the device would show the theme name in the applications menu but when I went into themes it wasn't there. If I removed an older theme I no longer used the newer one would show up. I am going to remove all the carrier themes and see if the iPhone theme shows up then.

I just deleted both Iphone themes and reloaded OTA.
I pulled my battery and waited a few seconds.
Started up and looked in my themes and it is there.
I also have the other carriers theme unlocked.
I'm not sure if there would be a difference in .42, .64, .67 or .71 displaying the themes.
Hmm, just the quirks of workin with plaz, 8100 and new stuff.

I removed all the carrier themes and reset my BlackBerry then downloaded the theme OTA followed by a battery pull. The theme showed up. I then edited my BlackBerry.alx file to enable some of the carrier themes. I checked the themes afterward and the iPhone theme is still there. Weird stuff but it's there and that's all that matters.

OK, I feel stupid, when I go to those links on my BB I get "the page you are trying to load cannot be found". Yet if I click on the links above on my PC the links work. What am I doing wrong??? Must be too early in the morning or the starbucks has not kicked in yet

No problem installing at all, worked great.

Only thing that would make it better would be if "main screen" was zen or today plus like with all the screen space.

Other than that, pretty sweet.

Totally agree!
Although the iPhone themes are pretty, they are a step behind in functionality. You need to scroll to find icons and then click on them while Today Plus saves time and clicking. Thatxxx8217;s why I am sticking with Today Plus theme!

Installed both the iPhone themes without any problems. Just did a battery pull and when i started up again they were both in my Themes directory...

I'm back to using the Today Plus theme. Not really a big fan of having to go through so many icons just to find what i want....

Those themes seem like nothing more than eye candy. They sure don't bring any functionality or convienence to the table. I want a home screen that gives me data at a glance. I'll stick with the Vodafone theme for now.

I have downloaded both the iphone theme as well as the iphone2 theme 5 times so far. I have followed the download/pull battery instructions each time, and each time I CAN see both themes listed in my themes list. However, neither one of them will show the theme preview, and neither one of them will activate on my Pearl (unlocked Vodafone version with the latest .71 Cingular version loaded and working perfectly).

I have wasted entirely too much time trying to get this to work, and so I throw it out to you all here for any logical explanation as to why some folks seem to be able to make this work and others cannot.

Very true. Eventhough im VERY excited with the release of the theme builder for the 8100 I cant take a step back from today plus...Will just have to hope and wait for someone to make a base theme featuring the today features we can build on.

themes worked fine for me....my one complaint is that the little arrow thing doesn't appear under 3rd party apps though you still see the name of the app.
